The situation
A colleague shows you a task on your first day. You use Sie until you agree otherwise.
Kollege: Prüfen Sie zuerst die Lieferliste. Stellen Sie dann die Kartons ins Lager.
Alex: Entschuldigung, was bedeutet „Lieferliste“?
Kollege: Das ist die Liste mit den bestellten Waren.
Alex: Danke. Soll ich alle Kartons ins Lager stellen?
Kollege: Nein, die zwei kleinen bleiben hier.Show the meaning
First check the delivery list, then put the boxes in storage. Alex asks about an unfamiliar word and checks whether all boxes should go. Two small boxes must stay here.
Make it your own
A colleague speaks too quickly. Ask them to repeat the instruction, then ask what Schichtplan means.
Write or say your answer, then compare it with the example. Your own wording can be right too. This response is not automatically graded or saved.
